Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
Send the defective item to our service center. Prepaid shipping labels provided for valid claims.

Serial numbers are located on a sticker on the bottom or back of electronic components. For the MRX Brain, check under the battery door. You can also find it in MRX Studio under Device Info.
Warranties are transferable with proof of original purchase. Educational warranties stay with the institution.
We offer paid repair services for out-of-warranty products. Contact support for a repair estimate.
Most claims are processed within 2 business days. Repairs or replacements typically ship within 5-7 business days after receiving your item.
For valid warranty claims, we provide prepaid return shipping labels. You'll receive tracking information for both directions.
